High intensity and varied functional movements performed in a group environment. Classes begins with a short warm up, a strength component and then the workout, followed by a cool down stretch. Class sessions last one hour. Workouts are posted on Zen Planner and our Devil Dogg Strength and Conditioning Facebook page each previous day.
Boot Camp focuses on calisthenics, core, and conditioning. These classes will incorporate simple body weight movements (push ups, squats, pull ups, burpees etc) as well as the use of minimal equipment (kettle bells, sandbags etc). You will be challenged to improve your overall level of fitness. These boot camp classes are open to all and anyone can take part. This is truly a class for ALL fitness and experience levels.
Dedicated lifting club focusing on all the major lifts, including clean & jerk, snatch, deadlift, squat and more to build strength and prepare athletes to compete in local power and Olympic lifting meets. If you are looking for coaching to step out on the platform or are simply wanting to learn to lift correctly or get stronger, we are here to help you reach your goals. We are a USAPL Sanctioned Power-lifting Club and USAW Sanctioned Club with certified coaches in each sport.
